Anita Horwitz, LCSW, Designer and Therapist has created these cancer, rehabilitation and cardiac relaxation meditation Cd's and Tapes that utilize the best of what science indicates works.
She has been a therapist and educator for over twenty years and has worked with patients and their families to help them maximize all their powers. She has had training in guided imagery and pain management and has studied, attended conferences and practiced. Physicians, patients and therapists have evaluated and provided feedback for these meditation Cd's and Tapes. She believes in empowered acceptance and endorses the theory of Mind-Body connection.
She urges everyone to become active in their own health care by doing research and allowing their whole body and person to be part of the cure. My own personal journey has included years of yoga and meditation. |
